The room was new-fashioned and huge in general, with mountain view. Had nice facilities like a safe, central heating, and a work desk. The location was nice - adjacent to all the restaurants and shops, center of Luchon and centre.

Its location was amazing, right by the centre of town, and the ski resorts of Luchon.

Top quality and clean place to stay in, it has affable staff on the reception desk...

Staff not overly welcoming. Restaurant at the hotel had no menu.

The staff were pleasant, spoke English, accommodating, and helpful. The location was perfect as it was right on the main street, within walking distance of everything I wanted to see.

It was less about the hotel, but because our room was on the street, both evenings were interrupted with people shouting, driving loudly, banging.

my recent stay in Bagneres-de-Luchon was great, but Alti Hotel made it even better. The comfortable, modern rooms and welcoming staff exceeded my expectations. The central location was perfect for exploring the town, and the delicious breakfast choices were a great start to the day.

Very modern,reasonably proced hotel, we had good room with a view of the mountains and a large spacious ultra modern bathroom. Staff were friendly. Garage in which to leave car (for a small fee). Right in the middle of town, but our room was quiet.

It is very well located in the middle of the main street.

The room was quite small including the bathroom. Wifi did not work, the towells were damaged and we found some belonging from previous clients. The overall rate of the hotel should not be higher than 3 stars hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bagneres-de-Luchon and had a great experience at Alti. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when we had an issue with our hire car. They also gave us great recommendations for nearby French restaurants. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to everything in town. The check-in staff were friendly, and our room had excellent views from the balcony. The rooms themselves were modern, clean, and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast options, which included both hot and cold choices. The addition of a security safe and fridge in the room were also appreciated. the hotel's central location and helpful staff made for a fantastic stay.

The staff were friendly enough!

The hotel states its a boutique hotel. The room provided was extremely small with a window view looking out onto an internal fire escape. There were problems with the hot water. The hotel describes itself has having Wifi on every floor and this did not work. There did not seem to be in any rush to get it fixed. Overall a very disappointing 4 star hotel and will not be using them again. It spoilt our weekend.

It felt like a ski lodge, compact but modern

The location, tucked away down a charming back alley, adds to its charm. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are modernized, with well-equipped bathrooms and efficient air conditioning. The breakfast, included in the price, is delicious and can be enjoyed with a beautiful view of the mountains.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

Fairly clean place & very friendly staff on the reception desk. Prime and ideal location for our visit to Luchon Forme & Bien-Etre within a close distance from the hotel. Walking distance to a market and a small convenience store across the street.
